This very refreshing cocktail is just the thing you need to celebrate a special occasion. It’s got a taste profile akin to a Cosmo, but better. You’ll need to use rosemary syrup in this, but don’t worry, we have the recipe for that here.

Makes  1 serving


1 tablespoon rosemary syrup (see recipe below)

4 ounces grapefruit juice

2-4 ounces sparkling water




Mix rosemary syrup with grapefruit juice in a regular glass. Pour into cocktail shaker with ice until chilled.

Strain into Martini glass.

Add 1-2 droppers-full of ELEVATE Elixir and stir.

Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.

How to Make Rosemary Syrup

Make 8 – 16 servings


1/4 cup water

1/4 cup raw sugar (or sweetener of your choice)

2 large sprigs rosemary


In a small pot, as the water and sugar together with the rosemary sprigs and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, remove from heat.

Stir occasionally for 30 minutes, then strain.

Store in mason jar or glass container in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
