Each month, Aloft Magazine will bring you big news of our own that will enlighten you on what cannabis and hemp is all about from various expert perspectives along with features of influencers getting in on the love train of the medicinal and recreational enjoinment people can derive.

This month 50 Strains of Green will take you behind the scenes to inform and educate you on the differences in strains and how biologists and other scientists are testing and engineering strains for the experience users desire.

An Outlaw No More

Dr. Freshwater (not his real name) did his undergrad at USC while also being one of the top weed dealers on campus during his time there. As an observer of life, his experiences have taken him to write for the advertising industry, winning a few awards along the way, and seeing the impact of the laws and society pot has played a role in. Each month, he will enlighten us on what he has seen evolve in the world of cannabis laws, the changes in how we get it, and the difference it is now making in the world.

Experience the Desert from Aloft…

The good news is that the Palm Springs area, as a tourist destination, is open to having 420-friendly businesses. New regulations on Cannabis are beginning to define where and what types of places may serve you a bowl, a pre-roll or crystalized THC for you to dab when you are visiting the area. Desert Hot Springs now has three 420-friendly hotels and spas, while Palm Springs has a lounge with more to come in the next 12 months. Worth the drive!

Each month, we’ll be traveling to various destinations in search of the places where cannabis consumption is acceptable, some of the cool retail outlets springing up and sample hotels and lounges for you to get your groove on.
